We've created a playlist with common exercises for beginners on Youtube. (don't forget to subscribe and 'like' as the kids say). These are exercises that are effective in MOST individuals.

Remember to start with resistance or weights that are challenging but not too heavy for you. Repetition enables progress. Start slow & light then progress when you are ready to faster & heavier.
If you are a beginner, you can start with 3 sets of 12 or 15 repetitions. Then add more weight after a few sessions and a few more reps if no weights are used.
These common exercises for beginners are perfect if you have a busy schedule but want to get a workout in your day. Don't worry if you can't do all of them. Try to do what you can and aim to do more each session.
