Preregistration is required since our spots are limited.

No one I know enjoys joint pain. I guess as we get older we feel that chronic dull aching in the joints just "comes with the territory". This doesn't have to be so. There are some ways that you can manage your joint pain.  Learn great beginner exercises you can do with dumbbells at home or at the gym at this dumbbell workshop.

I've struggled with personal health for a while. Not just weight (although that's a big part of it) but living a lifestyle that I know will keep me healthy as I get older.

 

I've tried working out on my own, eating healthy on my own, etc. But the weight fluctuates, the motivation fluctuates. I didn't simply want to diet and have a quick-fix weight loss, I wanted to change my lifestyle.

Rafael has helped me with that immeasurably.

 

During each session, he's patient in teaching me correct methodology for the various exercises he puts me through. He motivates, but not in a mean way at all. He also tells me exactly what we're working on and why so I can better understand how it helps and why it's important, and teaches me exercises I can do on my own, even without any fancy workout equipment at home.

 

Most importantly, he has given me nutrition plans that have helped me eat right and aid the workouts, as well as cardio plans that I can do on my own outside of my two weekly sessions with him.

I've been working out with Rafael for about two months and my BMI has dropped about 5% and I'm not done yet. It's great because I don't have to feel bad or backtrack significantly if I have a fun weekend where I want to eat some pizza or some other junk. As long as I keep on track, I know I'm making progress.

I've lost fat, gained muscle, and created a more healthy lifestyle that I know I'll be able to more reasonably maintain if and when I start going off on my own.

No matter your personal health needs, Rafael is your guy. It's been absolutely worth the investment.

(And as a bonus, it's entirely COVID safe. Rafael wears a mask the entire time. I don't think I've ever even seen his face lol).

In just under a month the results are evident…I came to Rafael with a short time-frame and Rafael hit it out of the ball park.

In the short amount of time that we had, Rafael came up with a plan for my goals (including a meal plan) and we got to working straight away. In just under a month the results are evident. It’s actually very interesting: pre RPT Fitness my main form of exercise was cardio, cardio and more cardio (also, cardio). I gave little to no attention to using weights and although the number on the scale was satisfying for me to see, overall my physical appearance (think thin but…marshmallow-y) wasn’t where I wanted it to be. After working with Rafael, I can confidently say that I’ll be incorporating resistance training/weights into my exercise. TBH I’m blown away at what a difference relaxing on my cardio only approach and adding in resistance training has down in such a short amount of time. LADIES, don’t be afraid of weights! I came to Rafael with a short time-frame and Rafael hit it out of the ball park. I’m very glad that I had the opportunity to work with him on my personal fitness goals - honestly, my whole concept of how to work out has changed thanks to him.

When I met with Rafael for a fitness evaluation I expected the standard measurements: weight, circumference of waist, chest, and various muscles, BMI, etc... what I didn't expect was how far beyond Rafael was able to go.

 

In addition to the standard he evaluated core strength (and weakness) and identified areas where I was experiencing pain, even before I mentioned them.

 

It turns out Rafael has a deep understanding of the muscular and skeletal system and he uses that knowledge to train you in ways that improve over all health from the inside out.
