This is how my client lost fat in just 3 weeks
*My client wishes to remain anonymous so lets call him "Joe"*
Joe wanted to lose body fat
When I first met Joe he showed me an old picture of what he used to look like and then a video of what he wanted to look like. We met for a free consultation and I explained to him how I train people. My philosophy in fitness is to take the healthy approach and avoid short cuts. In my experience, shortcuts to weight loss and body fat loss do not work. I told Joe that he had to follow the nutrition plan I was going to make for him. He also received a workout plan to do on his 'rest' days.
My fitness program gives you a workout plan for weight lifting and a cardio plan. The fitness program also includes a personalized meal plan based on your stats and your goals.
Fat Loss Program
Joe has been very determined to reach his goals. We have been training together 2 times per week. In between our training days Joe works out by doing cardio or stretches.
Before making Joe's personal meal plan I gave him a survey of foods and asked him to tell me what he already loves to eat. My philosophy is to embrace what you already eat and buy. I then turn around and tweak the serving size to get the necessary nutrients without going overboard on fats or calories. I never tell my clients who want to lose weight or lose fat to eat veggies they hate. If you feel like you "have to" eat something you dislike, chances are you will rebel and find yourself hiding in the pantry with half a bag of chips. I've been there! (Only my poison of choice is Oreos)
It's very obvious Joe has been following the meal plan as instructed otherwise his results so far would not show much progress.
The Fat Loss Stats
Joe started training on 04/22/19 weighing in at 164 pounds at 20% body fat, 33 pounds of fat with 131 pounds of lean body mass. So far he has lost an average of 1 inch around his body!! Sadly the day of the "after" pictures Joe didn't drink enough water since the day before so I was not able to get an accurate reading. His bodyweight went up but as you can see that is due to the muscle he is now gaining. I will add the body fat percentage here as soon as we have his next assessment.
These before and after pictures were taken just a few weeks apart!
