Joint Issues and Arthritis Sufferes
According to the Arthritis Foundation, by adopting healthy habits, such as exercising and maintaining an ideal weight, can help prevent or reduce joint pain and arthritis later in life. Even if you don't have excess weight to lose, it is a good idea to keep your joints moving. Bodies in motion stay in motion, bodies at rest stay at rest. If you are already experiencing symptoms, talk to your doctor and also team up with a personal trainer that has experience in safe joint movements.

Tips on how to make this healthy life formula work for you:
Get yourself a bottle of water (or several) and keep them full and ready to grab. You won't have an excuse to not #drinkwater.
Find 20 to 30 mins in your day minimum to move. A simple brisk walk around the office or even the mall has a bigger impact on your health than if you don't move at all.
Are you looking to workout by more than just walking with some resistance training? Well, you don't even need heavy equipment or a gym membership to get started. You can get a TRX, tubes or resistance bands to get a good workout. However if you don't want to deal with any of that, you can do several great workouts by simply using your body weight!
I'm a self-proclaimed Oreo addict, therefore, I don't buy them often. I know that if they are in the house, I will eat the entire bag in under 5 minutes.
If you have foods that you can't control yourself around, Do not buy them. "Oh, it's for the kids." The kids don't need to eat junk either.
Instead, start adding fresh fruits or veggies to your meals gradually until you are used to eating a full portion of veggies/fruits each time you eat.
Sleep the number of hours you need. Some people need 5 hours and some people need 8 hrs. Figure out your magic number and try to stick to that.
