How soon will I see weight loss results?

You're going to start seeing immediate weight loss results.  These results may not be physical results but you will see things like increased energy.  Additionally, you're going to start having more endurance. These changes happen in the first two to three weeks.

My clients usually start seeing their physical results at around 2 to 3 months into their training.  The clients that train with me at least three times per week start seeing weight loss results as soon as 1 to 2 ½ month!

Weight Loss Results & Changes

One of the first indicators that you are losing weight is your clothes.  You're going to notice that your shirts, dresses or pants start to feel a little bit loose.   

You may have a couple of friends or coworkers start noticing a few changes on you here and there. They will start complimenting you and asking “Hey! Are you losing weight?”  By the time the third month comes around, a lot of people will start seeing your weight loss results.

Weight Loss Results Don’t Happen Overnight

As you know, physical results will not happen overnight. It takes time to get there so don’t lose patience and get discouraged.  

For example, you're not going to notice a five-pound weight loss but you're going to notice a ten-pound weight loss.

What does a 10-pound weight loss result look like?  It's probably gonna be like about an eighth of an inch to about a quarter of an inch loss.  You're not going to notice that much of a difference in yourself because you are used to seeing yourself in the mirror every day. However, a lot of people that know you will notice your weight loss results.

Track Your Weight Loss Results

The best way to track your results is by taking pictures.  I tell my clients to take a picture on the very first day.  At the start of your workout program, take a front, side and back picture. Every week take a picture on the same side and with the same clothes.  Try to stand at the same pose also.  Track your progress each week and you're going to start noticing all of the changes that will start occurring over the next few weeks.
