Our Core and Back strength class is designed to help you build a strong foundation for your body. Not only will you improve your core and back strength, but you'll also reduce the risk of injury and increase your overall fitness level.

OUR CLASS EXPERIENCE

In this class, we work on exercises that target the muscles in your abs, lower back, and obliques to help you achieve a stronger and more stable core.

We also focus on exercises that target the muscles in your back, including the lats, traps, and erector spinae, to help improve your posture and reduce the risk of back injuries.

Whether you're a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, this class is perfect for anyone looking to improve their posture, reduce back pain, and build a stronger, more stable body.

Our Core and Back class is limited to only 4 people, ensuring personalized attention and optimal results.
