Session 1 Body Assessment & Measurements. Find pain points and look for muscle deviations. Go over fitness goals and create a fitness plan.

Session 2 Food & supplement survey. Create meal plans based on macros breakdown and caloric intake needs. Go over healthy food habits.

Session 3 Go over warm up and foam rolling. Learn about injury prevention and create a workout routine/schedule.

Sessions 4 & 5 Personalized workouts; cardiovascular and resistance training. Workouts are based on your goals and the equipment you have available (if working out from home, we'll set you up).
