Online personal training for weight loss and fitness has been around for a while. Many kinks have been worked out and clients are getting what they came for...results!
How Does Online Personal Training Work?
So you want to train with me but you are probably out of town or out of state, that’s cool cause guess what? I offer online training! An online personal trainer is there to help you reach your weight loss and fitness goals. You tell me what you like to eat and what workout equipment you have access to and I do the rest!
Give me your stats like body fat percentage, weight, your measurements. You’ll also provide pictures from front side and back. I provide you with weekly workouts based on your personal stats and your end goal.
The Meal Plan
You and I will set up a weekly meeting to go over your workouts and meal plans. I’ll also answer any questions you have for me that week. Your meal plans will be updated as needed based on your progress. Once your body fat percentage plateaus we will start changing your meal plan.
During the week you’ll have challenging workings but will lead you to the results that you are looking for. These workouts are designed specifically for you based on your stats and also based on your end goal.
Online Personal Training and Accountability
Once a week we will meet up an chart your results and make sure that your progress is going the way it’s supposed to go. These weekly meetings will help keep you accountable and make sure we are on the right path to hitting your goal.
My number one goal as your online personal trainer is to get you from point A to point B.
