You screwed up. Now what?
Today I have a short blog post with a simple message: It's NORMAL to be having trouble with your goals right now. If you haven't worked out in a while, make sure you do so today. Take 15 minutes to walk around, stretch, etc.
If you've fallen off track with your "clean eating" goals, make sure the VERY NEXT thing you eat is something healthy. Remember that a healthy meal or snack is always just around the corner.
If you feel like you're almost ready to give up a healthy habit, don't. It's not about doing everything perfectly. NO ONE is perfect, and we ALL have problems. We can't live without it. But what people do AFTER they skip a workout or eat something they shouldn't is what makes the difference between those who reach their goals and those who don't:
They get right back on track! You can do it. Come in for a body assessment so you can keep track of your progress if you want to get healthier but need a little more accountability.
Tip To Stay Motivated
Motivation is like your muscles — it requires regular exercise! Here's a way to "work out" your motivation: Think about WHY you're working toward your goals on a regular basis. What are the REAL reasons why you care? These reasons will help you build a strong base of motivation that will grow over time!

Take Some Time To Reflect On WHY Your Goal Matters So Much To You
Think about why your goal is so important to you. Is it to prove to yourself that you can do it? Is it to help your family stay healthy? Is it to finally cross something off your list of things you want to do? Or something else?
Your answer to that question should give you a little shiver down your spine (in a good way). It should mean something important. When you make a mistake or feel like giving up, your WHY will help you get back on track and keep going.
